Across Canada Trip

Well, it’s been an extremely busy last couple of weeks for me and my family. We have just moved to Charlottetown, PEI from Victoria, BC. My wife and I drove across Canada with our two young children (3yrs and 7mos). As you can probably imagine, it was somewhat of a mission! Many quick stops on the way, but we made it here safe and sound. I’ve finally gone through most of my photos that I took while we traveled. Photos below include places of: Victoria, Moraine Lake, Saskatchewan, Lake Superior, New Brunswick, and PEI.  As you can see, we live in such a beautiful and unique country; we are truly blessed!

Odds & Ends

Well…I’ve been extremely busy with trying to get all of our stuff ready for moving. We are moving to Charlottetown, PEI next week! we are very excited but at the same time, sad to say our goodbyes to great friends.

Here are a couple of “older” photos from 2009 that I re-discovered the other day, so I did some editing and added a little “magic” to. The White Cherry Blossom Tree is for our  friend Candice (about time eh?)

Bryony & Izzy

Friday after noon, I headed down to Mcauley Point for a photo shoot with Bryony and her daughter Isabella. They wanted some pictures done of them in their fancy dresses before heading off to a wedding reception after. I had a ton of fun taking their photos and I think they had as much fun “posing” for them. Bryony said she was not very photogenic so instead of forcing her into certain poses, I just winged it and took lots of candid shots (I love shooting candid moments more because they document the ”real” you). I think I got some really great shots of them, and hopefully Bryony will see that she is photogenic!

Here are some of my favourites from that shoot. Thanks Bryony and Izzy for letting me capture some great moments. Enjoy!

    Awwe! These pictures are soo beautiful and u 2 are very photogenic!! Grt Job to the photographer! (relation?) And to forever have these shots, or atleast definitley one of them as showpiece!!! (but which one?) ;)
